Enrolling at Kaikohe Intermediate School

If you would like to enrol your child,  a 2025 Enrolment Form will need to be completed.  These forms are available at the Kaikohe Intermediate School Office OR you can fill one in online by clicking the following link:

Our school also needs to sight the originals and take copies of the below documentation, so please bring these with you when you come to enrol your child.  

1. Birth Certificate or Valid NZ Passport (Original Copy).  This is a MUST to enrol.

2. Copy of Immunisation Record

3. Previous School Report

On enrolling your child, you may need to meet with the Principal, however, this is on a case by case basis and will be discussed further with the office staff.
